The USC ADRC shares brain and spinal cord tissue and biofluid samples with researchers studying neurological conditions.

Before you request

• A detailed description of your research project. 
• Institutional approval for the use of human tissue and/or biofluid samples, if applicable. 
• A clear understanding of the type and quantity of tissue required for your study. 

How we review requests

To support rigorous, reproducible science, we blind investigators to pathologic diagnosis for most studies (except assay development) until experiments are complete. A scientific panel reviews each request for rigor and for the scarcity of the tissue requested. Our goal is to share: we welcome pilot studies and requests from all investigators.
