Databases

USC ADRC Database

The ADRC Study Database is a centralized hub offering clinical, biomarker, and genetic data for research collaboration and analysis. The database includes data from the following studies: Genetic AD Subtypes in Latinos (GADSIL), Biomarkers of ABCA1 Mediated Functions in Alzheimer’s (VCSGT), Diverse VCID (DVCID), Model-Based Cerebrovascular Markers (DVR), DHA Delivery to Brain Pilot Study (DHA2BRP), and Standardized Centralized Alzheimer’s & Related Dementias Neuroimaging (SCAN).

PPG Database

The PPG Study Database by USC explores the role of vascular factors and genetic risks in dementia. It supports research into how conditions like hypertension and stroke contribute to cognitive decline, providing essential data for prevention, early detection, and treatment of dementia-related conditions.

VCD Database

This study explores how vascular factors such as hypertension, diabetes and cholesterol may be related to an increased risk for developing Alzheimer’s disease. Participants will receive compensation for their participation.

Digital Library

Genetic Data Collection

Archive of genetic sequences and associated phenotypic data from ADRC research participants, focusing on ApoE genotyping and other genetic factors relevant to Alzheimer's disease.

Postmortem Data Sets

Access to neuropathological data and tissue images from ADRC autopsies provides invaluable insights into the physical manifestations of Alzheimer's and related disorders. Additionally, the Neuropath Teaching Set includes an extensive collection of 1,500 slides, each featuring anatomical sections and pathology reads with clinical interpretations. This set is an essential resource for education and research.
